Much has changed over a year's time. We have battled it out with blood sucking mosquitoes, unsuccessfully fought tomato blight and tripped the previous owner's security system at a most inappropriate hour. We have also painted most of the top floor, obtained a really great old piano via Craigslist, sustained our small yet fertile garden and learned how to put up crown molding.
Over the past week, we have welcomed a new member to our family who has already changed our lives for the better. I can't wait to see how he undoes what we have worked on this past year. (He has already pissed all over the wall that his grandmother and I painstakingly painted). We love you Louis.
